Toxic Tort - Environmental Litigation

In the field of environmental litigation our experience includes defense of allegations of environmental contamination from industrial and oilfield operations involving PCBs, BTEX/TPH, organic solvents, heavy metals, saltwater and naturally occurring radiation materials ("NORM"). We also have been involved in defending various PRPs at several Superfund sites, as well as defendants in gas well blowouts and "toxic cloud" personal injury and property damage litigation.
