The firm represents developers and owners in all phases of the development process, including land acquisition, entity selection and formation, negotiations with investors, zoning and land use issues, design and implementation of covenants and property governance organizations, financing activities, and tenant lease negotiations. We are familiar with transaction involving ground leases, public-private developments and other special situations. Our real estate group also has experience with Historic Tax Credit and New Market Tax Credit transactions.
